Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end event logistics for international conferences (venue, accommodation, transportation, catering) Liaise with hotels, conference centers, and vendors to secure services and negotiate contracts Manage speaker and VIP logistics, including travel arrangements and on-site support Oversee event schedules, room setups, AV requirements, and signage Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, program, registration) to ensure smooth execution Monitor event budgets and track logistical expenses Handle on-site event operations, troubleshooting, and real-time coordination Ensure compliance with local regulations and venue policies in different countries Maintain detailed logistics plans, checklists, and timelines Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field 1–3+ years of experience in event planning or logistics coordination (preferably international events) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Experience working with global vendors and travel coordination Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously Willingness to travel internationally when required Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and event management tools
