Sky Zone is the Ultimate 3-D Play Experience for all ages! Position Profile The Sales and Community Manager is the community outreach and sales planning lead. Responsibilities Consistently demonstrate Sky Zone's core values (Make it Fun, Keep it Safe, Be Healthy, Do Good and Deliver WoW) for Team Members and Guests Create action plans to grow the business through relationships in the community and community outreach initiatives Understand local market and successfully integrate the Sky Zone brand to drive revenue Deliver on the park's monthly department goals Coordinate with the Sky Zone Home Zone (corporate office) to implement approved programming, events, and promotions Lead sales and street teams to find leads and generate energy around the Sky Zone brand in the community Adopt and maintain Sky Zone standards, policies and procedures at all times including but not limited to: waiver policy, ASTM standards, court rules, guest service, food safety, etc. Stay current with the Sky Zone Home Zone (corporate office) communication and relay important messages to members of the park team Provide the team with a welcoming and mutually supportive work environment Resolve guest service issues with discretion and professionalism Ensure Team Members are knowledgeable about all products, programs and promotions offered Advocate for guest safety and satisfaction Functions as Manager on Duty as necessary (see below) Other duties as assigned Manager on Duty Responsibilities The Manager on Duty role is integral to the success of Delivering WoW experiences to guests at Sky Zone.
