The Catering Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of AEG events. Reporting directly to the Catering Manager, this individual will assist with overall catering activity, support and directing day-of catering operations. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Catering Manager, Executive Chef and General Manager in effective management of Catering Operations. • Ensure total compliance with all alcohol service policies, monitoring alcohol services throughout events to guarantee 100% compliance. • Responsible for inventory control in the Catering Department under the direction of the Catering Manager.
