Event Management Coordinator

Key Responsibilities The Event Management Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating labor hours for staff and temporary workers, reporting labor allocations to the Director of Finance or Sr. Staff accountant. They will also participate in the development and administration of the Operations budget, forecasting additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies. Additionally, they will ensure staff is working safely, efficiently, and aware of proper safety guidelines, conducting quarterly safety meetings or briefings.
