Responsibilities: • Oversight of all stadium operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, security, groundskeeping, and event setup/breakdown. • Management of field supplies and monitoring of expenses. • Leadership and supervision of operations staff, including part-time and seasonal employees. • Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, ADA, and fire codes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Facility Management, or Business Administration preferred.
