Event Management Coordinator

This position will report directly to the Associate AD of Athletics Events & Operations. Serve as the designated event administrator for all assigned University Athletics home events or assist the Associate AD of Athletics Events & Operations in securing another Athletics staff member to fill that role when there are conflicting events. Oversee the staging and management of all home athletics events. Provides guidance and leadership to all staff to execute successful home games/meets and special events (such as conference and NCAA postseason contests). Assist the Director of Facilities and Event Management with duties as needed.
