Event Management Coordinator

This position will report directly to the Associate AD of Athletics Events & Operations. This position is responsible for managing assigned home events and special events sponsored by Athletics and assisting in executing successful game-day initiatives. Serve as the designated event administrator for all assigned University Athletics home events or assist the Associate AD of Athletics Events & Operations in securing another Athletics staff member to fill that role when there are conflicting events. Oversee the staging and management of all home athletics events. Assist the Director of Facilities and Event Management with duties as needed.
