We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for an Event Management Expert on a 1-year contract within our global events team and experience studio. This pivotal role focuses on creating memorable events that showcase our narrative. We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative thinker who is passionate about orchestrating exceptional in-person experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the global experiential events team to strategically design and execute trade shows and events aligned with our business goals.

Oversee the execution of each event while effectively managing budgets to ensure success and profitability.

Partner with event leads and stakeholders to integrate content deliverables into engaging event formats.

Create and maintain project timelines in cooperation with cross-functional teams to ensure event objectives are met on time.

Research and select ideal venues and vendors for catering, décor, audiovisual needs, transportation, and entertainment for events and activations.

Manage all event communications, providing regular updates to our executive stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated expertise in managing medium to large-scale events and trade shows.

Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey project requirements and connect with both internal and external stakeholders.

A successful track record in managing vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure exceptional event experiences.

Proven project management abilities, from the planning stages to execution.

Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A strong desire to contribute to a high-performing and diverse global team.

A comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in engaging colleagues within a global organization.

A resilient self-starter who thrives in adaptable and changing situations.

Familiarity with relevant technology and software for efficient event management.

This position is a 1-year contract and does not include benefits.

Location: United States

The expected national base salary range for this role is between $88,200.00 and $163,800.00, influenced by various factors such as role complexity and the candidate's applicable skills and experience.

This role may also include a discretionary annual bonus tied to individual and company performance.
