Event Management Intern The Event Management Intern will learn to coordinate and manage events held at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center by working hand in hand with the Events Team on advance planning calls, placing orders with vendors, and running banquet and luncheons. In addition, the intern will learn how the event day responsibilities such as set-up/breakdowns, client management, and part-time staff are deployed. This role involves learning various types of events, including meetings, banquets, trade shows, FSU basketball, concerts, and graduations. The intern will also assist with inventory management, attend departmental and building meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
