The Lead, Event Management will be responsible for planning and executing internal and client events along with operational tasks to foster the... Slalom Boston employee experience. What You’ll Do • Own the creation of impactful internal and client experiences and events, including State of the Office & Quarterly meetings, holiday parties, retreats, workshops, etc. • Ability to work with and manage executive-level stakeholders while aligning strategic event planning to business asks and needs • Execute all day-of event logistics for events that range from 4 to 650 people • Manage all negotiations with venues, food and beverage providers, and other vendors • Proactively bring new ideas and improve processes to team to streamline event operations and enhance participant experience • Manage other general operations projects and tasks, as needed • Represent the Slalom culture in a positive light, always working with a customer service attitude • Represent Boston Team Operations as needed through monthly Global Teams calls/focus groups, etc. Compensation And Benefits
