Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Event Management Leader to elevate our events department. This is a high-impact role focused on overseeing our brand's participation in local home shows, exhibitions, festivals, fairs, and community gatherings. Your mission will be to drive significant customer engagement and lead generation through managing and optimizing our events strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of 5+ Event Promoters during events.Monitor performance metrics in real-time, including appointments per hour and demos per hour.Travel throughout Southern California to manage event performance and provide immediate support.Recruit, hire, and train team members striving to meet performance standards.Ensure booth setup, presentation quality, and customer interactions are optimal for conversions.Report on event outcomes, including sales metrics and customer leads, with full transparency.Provide instant guidance and problem-solving during events to ensure high performance.What Makes Someone Successful in This Role:

Proven ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership skills with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as appointments, demos, and conversions.Experience in improving team performance through tangible metrics.A proactive, organized nature combined with a results-oriented mindset.Capability to lead multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years in managing events, field marketing, or lead generation teams in related industries.Documented success in improving team KPIs, such as transitioning appointments from 0.5 to 1.0 per hour.Experience managing teams of 5 or more.Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop talented team members.Availability to work weekends and travel up to 30-40 miles for events.Reliable transportation required.Experience with performance-based KPIs related to appointments and demonstrations.Comfortable operating in a high-pressure environment.Benefits:
