Event Management Practice Area Analyst

The analyst will work on the deployment and operations of IT Infrastructure Event Management processes while assisting in IT Infrastructure governance and operations. The analyst will work with key stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of event management processes, analyze event trends to identify improvement opportunities, and help maintain operational excellence through continuous service improvement practices. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.
