Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Captain to lead our food and beverage team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in banquet service, preferably in a leadership role. Main Responsibilities • Direct the setup and preparation of banquet rooms for functions • Serve and bus tables, clearing and tearing down banquet rooms at the end of the function • Assist the Banquet Manager in leading the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and housepersons Key Qualifications • Proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on surpassing guest needs • Experience in a 4-star or 5-star venue with synchronized service • Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
