The ideal candidate will be responsible for: • Developing meeting-specific RFPs and proposals • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute successful events • Managing multiple projects concurrently • Handling complex tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities also include maintaining high levels of organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial management, adhering to event timelines and budgets, and maintaining accurate records and data entry. Some travel may be required to attend events and client meetings.
