Event Manager Position Summary: This role involves overseeing product preparation and presentation, guiding in-store Product Demonstrators, and ensuring exceptional customer service. • Foster a team of part-time staff, providing guidance and support • Manage product preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards for food safety and sanitation • Train Product Demonstrators on demonstration preparation and excellent customer service techniques • Navigate effective communication between multiple managers, vendors, and demonstrators • Participate in new location grand openings as required Key Responsibilities: • Create schedules for Tuesday-Saturday from 8:30AM - 5:30PM (flexible based on needs) • Promote work-life balance • Offer Full Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) • Provide Short and Long-Term Disability • Sponsor a 401(K) plan • Offer Generous paid time off
