Job Title: Event Management Professional Become an integral part of BEST Crowd Management, a leader in providing top-notch crowd management and event security services. As an Event Management Professional, you will be key in maintaining our high standards for safety and service, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees and staff. Oversee daily operations in line with company procedures, focusing on optimal staffing levels.Report to the General Manager and Account Manager, managing event operations, staff check-in, conflict resolution, and emergency situations.Propose operational strategies to enhance execution and provide additional value while safeguarding company interests.Communicate effectively with game-day operations teams and maintain accurate records for internal and external reporting.Seek feedback proactively from customers to enhance satisfaction and meet their needs.Supervise and mentor staff to foster morale, skill proficiency, and productivity.Handle managerial duties including recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing team members.Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions to the designated account manager.Be available for on-call support during weekends and evenings when necessary.Perform additional duties as required.Minimum Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License with a good motor vehicle record.Proven management skills and a strong customer focus.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Demonstrated leadership orientation with team building and facilitation skills.Ability to successfully pass an extensive screening process.4+ years of supervisory experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.Proactive initiative in seeking new project opportunities.Adaptability to respond effectively to changing situations or information.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Preferred experience in event staffing, security, or sports management.Ability to pass a background check.Willingness to obtain a valid security license if required by local regulations.Benefits:
