We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an Event Management Specialist on a 1-year contract within our global events team and experience studio. This key role emphasizes crafting memorable events that bring our story to life. We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative thinker who is passionate about orchestrating outstanding in-person experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the global experiential events team to strategically design and execute trade shows and events that support our business objectives.
• Supervise the execution of each event while managing budgets to ensure profitability and success.
• Collaborate with event leads and partners to weave content deliverables into engaging event formats.
• Develop and maintain project timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure event goals are met on schedule.
• Research and select optimal venues and vendors for catering, décor, audio-visual needs, transport, and entertainment for events and activations.
• Handle all event communications with regular updates to our executive stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven expertise in managing medium to large-scale events and trade shows.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate project needs and connect with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A successful history of managing vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure event excellence.
• Demonstrated prowess in project management, from planning stages through to execution.
• Outstanding organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A strong desire to contribute to a high-performing and diverse global team.
• A comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in engaging colleagues within a global organization.
• A resilient self-starter who flourishes in adaptable and evolving scenarios.
• Familiarity with relevant technology and software for effective event management.

This position is a 1-year contract and does not include benefits.

Location: United States

The expected national base salary range for this role is between $88,200.00 and $163,800.00, influenced by various factors such as role complexity and the candidate's applicable skills and experience.

This role may also include a discretionary annual bonus tied to individual and company performance.
