Event Management Specialist - $55000 to $65000 per YEAR

This position is essential for planning, coordinating, and executing a broad spectrum of events, both internal and external, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field • minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination • proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite • excellent written and verbal communication skills • ability to work in-person Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively • capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines • discretion in handling confidential information
