Event Management Specialist

Overview

Our global tech client is seeking an experienced Event Specialist to support global event strategy and execution for the Intelligent Devices Group. This role will play a key part in planning and delivering high-impact events, including industry trade shows and conferences, while creating engaging in-person and virtual experiences that drive brand visibility and business growth.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners across multiple regions. Domestic and international travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of global event programs and trade showsManage logistics and coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partnersAssist with execution and presence at key industry events and conferencesOrganize and manage event materials, including product shipments and assets across business unitsTrack budgets, coordinate vendors, and support resource allocationSupport event reporting, performance tracking, and post-event analysisContribute ideas to enhance attendee engagement and brand visibilityQualifications

5+ years of experience managing large-scale events (agency or brand-side preferred)Strong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint proficiencyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approachExperience with event management tools (e.g., Captello) preferredExperience or interest in the technology industry is a plusAbility to work effectively across global teams and time zones
