We're expanding our Milwaukee crew and looking for Event Management Specialists ready to build real-world communication, coordination, and leadership foundations.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role keeps you in motion. You’ll be the face of on-site activations: greeting attendees, sharing information, and making sure the event atmosphere stays sharp and inviting.

Your day may include:

Talking with attendees and sharing campaign information naturallyKeeping the event space organised, clean, and visually appealingHelping coordinate event flow as crowds shiftTaking notes, tracking daily activity details, and reporting observationsWorking alongside team leads to maintain smooth event operationsSupporting newer teammates as you grow in skill and confidenceEvery event has its own pace; you’ll learn how to adjust and stay effective no matter the environment.
