We're looking for a junior-level Events Specialist to support front-end planning for high-profile corporate tradeshows and industry events across North America. This role focuses on behind-the-scenes coordination—no travel or on-site setup required. Think of it as the bridge between strategy and execution, ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals with internship or coordinator-level experience in events, marketing, or project support. What You’ll Do: • Coordinate pre-show logistics and strategy with event stakeholders • Manage data in Excel and create internal decks in PowerPoint • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align event messaging • Help drive lead generation and track KPIs across events • Assist with budgeting, vendor management, and reporting
