Role Overview • This role oversees all aspects of events and conferences across Alaska. Key Responsibilities Additionally they will coordinate with vendors exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur develop event feedback surveys and manage the collection of responses oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently when needed oversee seasonal opening and closing of event venue space equipment and serviceware serve as administrative liaison with customers clients operational teams and sales and attend weekly Banquet Event Order and resume meetings.
