The incumbent will ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in hospitality and event management. • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 4 years progressive experience in hospitality, meeting planning, or conference management • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Expertise in project management and event technology platforms • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Advanced degree preferred • Experience in coordinating executive-level events • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
