This position holds responsibility for overseeing event objectives and requirements, including budgets, vendor contracts, transportation, catering, signage, communications equipment, and other facets of meeting and event management. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 2 years of relevant experience required • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Capacity to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks • Knowledge of event management principles • Proficiency in Workday or similar workflow management systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to support a dynamic academic and healthcare environment
