The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), strong analytical and communication skills, and a solid understanding of monitoring and observability tools. • Experience working with ServiceNow ITOM, specifically Event Management. • Experience with implementing monitoring and observability for applications or infrastructure.
