About This Role: This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our banquet department, ensuring that all guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Main Responsibilities: • Leading the banquet team to ensure excellent service quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas. • Collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to maintain excellence in both banquets and restaurant operations. • Providing leadership, training, scheduling, and performance management for restaurant and banquet staff.
