Role Description

The Event Management Trainee will gain hands-on experience in organizing and executing events, supporting the event management team with day-to-day operations, and coordinating logistics to ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities include assisting with event planning, on-site setup and coordination, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hartford, CT.

Proficiency in Event Planning and Event ManagementStrong Communication and interpersonal skillsExperience or interest in Marketing and TrainingAbility to work collaboratively and efficiently within a teamExcellent time management and organizational skillsExperience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
