Pratt & Whitney is working to transform the future of flight. We're seeking an Event Manager to nurture customer relationships and advocate for customers' interests. Key Responsibilities: • Manage planned engine events • Manage customer hold process • Manage profitability of customer events • Coordinate customer visits • Analyze and approve cost estimates, invoices, and warranty applications • Perform as a liaison between the shop and the customer • Ensure export control and ITAR compliance Qualifications: • Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales/customer service or aftermarket industry experience • U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required Preferred Qualifications: • Degree in STEM field; Engineering, Supply Chain or Business fields preferred • Aftermarket Aviation experience ideally in spare parts or engine overhaul business • Experience with Supplier or B2B Account Management • Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems), and data analysis tools such as PowerBI
