Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Convention Services Manager located in Towson, MD. The Senior Convention Services Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of convention and conference services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will involve creating detailed event orders, managing budgets, and ensuring all events are compliant with company policies. The position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with limited after hour needs.
