Event Manager

Location: Hybrid (On-site at Lakewood Fieldhouse, 1384 Hird Ave, Lakewood, OH 44107) Off-site for outreach and communications, on-site for tours and event execution (as-needed) Job Type: Part Time (15/hrs/wk maximum or 30/hrs/period to start), Flexible Schedule Compensation: Hourly rate commensurate based on experience + 10% commission on venue reservation fees paid-in-full Reports to: General Manager & Director of Operations We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to lead our events program at the Lakewood Fieldhouse, a large-capacity venue specializing in weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, happy hours, team-building functions, and more. Operations & Communication: • Maintain up-to-date bookings in digital calendars and event tracking systems. Qualifications: • Experience in event management, venue management, or hospitality/event coordination (restaurant or banquet hall experience strongly preferred). • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing event logistics.
