The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in event management. The Event Manager will work closely with the Director to ensure all laws, ordinances, and regulations are followed. They will also develop and implement venue event policies, risk management, crowd management, and emergency protocols. • Troubleshoot during event preparation and during events to ensure that all event setups are correct. • Coordinate with finance as needed to ensure all event payroll and expenses and event folders are correct and paid.
