The Event Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and resolving on-site issues to ensure the smooth running of the event. Leadership and Team Management • Oversee and lead a team of park staff, including Park Ambassadors, the Assistant Event Manager, and Show Technicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Operations and the Guest Relation Department to enhance the guest experience and address on-site issues effectively. • Proven experience in training staff at various levels. • Experience in customer service, particularly in collaboration with a ticketing or guest relations team.
