The Events Manager – Direct Sales plays a vital role in shaping the distributor experience by leading the strategy, planning, and execution of national and regional events that celebrate achievement, drive business growth, and strengthen the PM-International brand. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You will design and execute high-impact events—from conventions and leadership trainings to incentive trips and recognition galas—that energize and unite our independent sales partners across the U.S. and beyond.
