Event Manager

Spring Haven Farm, a beloved family destination in Chapel Hill, NC, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Event Manager to lead the planning, promotion, and execution of our unique, farm-based events. Event Planning & Logistics • Design & Development: Conceive, plan, and manage the execution of a diverse annual calendar of public events, from unique animal interactions to large-scale seasonal festivals. • Booking Management: Oversee the ticketing platform (online and on-site) for all events, managing sales, capacity, and resolving customer inquiries, refunds, and transfer issues. Guest Services & Communication • Answering Inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for all farm-related inquiries, consistently answering the phone, responding to emails, and managing social media messages and comments. Required Qualifications & Skills • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in event planning and management, preferably in a unique venue, farm, non-profit, or hospitality setting.
