• Ensure that parking tickets are accurately calculated, and the fee correctly collected by the customer. • Coordinate with management on processing exception transactions. • Create daily deposits and maintain safe log. • Must be friendly and courteous with customers • Able to effectively communicate in English • Work independently • Capable of performing basic math calculations • Ability to learn to operate fee computer systems and processes, follow directions, and accept training practice/ follow up • Ability to work in a garage environment exposed to noise and crowds • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Pass a background check and pass a drug test • Integrity - Must be honest and ethical. • Professional - Must be professional at all times whether written or verbal.
