The Event Manager at the Springboro Taproom is responsible for planning, booking, coordinating, and executing both private and public events onsite. Internal Coordination • Communicate event details and food requirements to the BOH Manager and Pitmaster. • Align staffing needs and support requirements with the FOH Manager. Schedule & Expectations • Minimum 8 hours per week must be dedicated to: • Event customer communication (top priority) • External marketing and outreach (if event communication is completed in less than scheduled time) • Additional hours (up to 40/week) may be scheduled by the FOH Manager as a bartender and/or server based on operational needs. • All working hours and tasks must be entered in Arryved.
