The ideal candidate will manage logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful and memorable events that align with organizational goals Key Responsibilities • Plan, design, and execute events such as conferences, corporate meetings, exhibitions, promotions, and social events • Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and expectations • Manage event budgets, contracts, and cost control • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, AV teams, etc.)
