Event manager

You will be responsible for events across North America including but not limited to trade show planning and attendance, securing speaking opportunities, representing us at industry events or community meet up’s, virtual events, webinars, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns as well as supporting our proprietary events. • Qualify all production vendors to ensure they meet Client standards while exceeding company expectations • Ensure all production exceeds objectives at every step in the process while setting a high benchmark for production excellence • Manage Up to $1M budgets, reporting on spend and ROI generated for each program • Maintain accuracy and accountability of event budget • Collect and document contract and invoices related to the event, working closely with Legal and Finance teams to ensure on-time execution of related deliverables • Create post-event and evaluations and ROI analysis of attendee data, lead generation, contribution to pipeline, and accelerating the sales cycle to gauge the success of the program and inform future decision making and share results and recommendations with sales and marketing teams • Regularly update the marketing leadership team on the status of trends, metrics, challenges / solutions, forecast, and strategy to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to adapt to a variety of internal & external stakeholders and think strategically to influence them. • Ability to create presentations and deliver them in a compelling way to executive level stakeholders • Strong ability to adapt to changing, ambiguous and high-pressure environments and prioritizing tasks • Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships and influence across highly cross-functional teams including sales, product, customer support, and marketing. • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel • Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to distil complex information • Data driven with focus on delivering metrics and the ability to show the impact of your work.
