Harrisburg University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Manager to join our growing Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Relations. This role is critical to the planning, coordination, and execution of all fundraising, campaign-related, stewardship, and departmental events. In addition, the Event Manager oversees external event services, including marketing and promotion of campus rentals, sponsorship development, and event-based revenue generation. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about meaningful experiences, and understands how strategic events can enhance visibility, deepen engagement, and drive philanthropic success. • Minimum of three years of professional experience in event planning, fundraising events, hospitality, or a related field.
