Event Manager

This role ensures events run smoothly, guests feel welcomed, and kids have a safe and fun experience. Key Responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and execute birthday parties, group events, and private bookings • Communicate with parents and guests before and during events • Manage event schedules, timelines, and room assignments • Supervise party hosts and event staff during events • Ensure event areas are set up, stocked, and cleaned before and after events • Work with front desk and floor staff to keep events running on time • Handle guest questions or concerns during events • Maintain basic event records, including bookings, waivers, and notes Qualifications • Experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred • Strong organization and time-management skills • Friendly, professional communication with adults and children • Ability to multitask in a busy, high-energy environment What We Offer • Fun, energetic workplace • Competitive pay • Flexible scheduling during weekdays • Opportunities to grow as the business expands • Discounted play for family Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day
