Event Manager (14-Month Max Term)

Manage the end-to-end development and delivery of Lendi Group's event strategyAdapt to current conditions to execute events, ensuring compliance with national and state guidelinesManage and optimise all aspects of events, covering logistics, exhibitions, agenda, collateral, registration, communication, merchandise, guest speakers, entertainment, social functions, bump in/out and full run sheet for the eventDevelop strategies to guide business stakeholders in elevating standards and efficiency for event execution, encompassing Broker Business Forums, Offsites, Signature events, leadership conferences, and othersBe in charge of all event elements within the Signature program, including annual offsites and international study tourCollaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Executive and Group Leadership team, internal team members, Brokers, Event Management companies, lender partners, event suppliers, and sponsors, to ensure the delivery of premium resultsWork effectively as a member of the strategic partnership direct report team, understanding and supporting the execution of the Lendi Group business strategy in conjunction with other business unit leadersAssist in other Engagement initiatives as neededBe agile, adaptable to change and operate within our ways of working QualificationsExperience in corporate event planning and execution.
