Key Responsibilities: • Manage planned engine events and customer holds • Drive profitability of customer events • Coordinate customer visits and serve as a liaison between the shop and the customer • Ensure compliance with export control and ITAR regulations • Analyze cost estimates, invoices, and warranty applications • Proactively address engine event opportunities
