Lick, Lynch’s Ice Cream Kitchen. Role Description This is a part-time Event Manager role, located on-site in Cincinnati, OH. Additional responsibilities include budget management, timeline coordination, quality control, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the event process. Qualifications • Event planning, organizational, and time management skills • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Ability to manage budgets and work within financial constraints • Problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure • Proficiency in event management software and tools • Experience in vendor management or client relations is a plus • Availability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH, and flexibility in working hours • Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
