A pivotal role as Event Manager is available for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to spearhead the planning and execution of an upcoming trade show. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate all logistical aspects of the trade show booth, encompassing design, setup, materials and technical requirements • Serve as primary liaison with trade show organizers to ensure seamless execution and adherence to set parameters • Develop and manage project timelines to optimize efficiency and punctuality in task completion Required Qualifications: • No less than 3 years of experience in event management with specific focus on large-scale events like trade shows • A self-motivated team player able to independently drive projects forward while maintaining open communication channels • Demonstrated expertise in logistics management including supply chain coordination and timeline optimization
