We are seeking experienced, hands-on Event Managers to lead the execution of high-end catering events throughout the Charleston area. This is a seasonal, part-time position, primarily consisting of evenings and weekends. Team Leadership & Execution • Lead pre-shift meeting and delegate responsibilities • Ensure staff readiness (uniform, tools, professionalism) • Actively manage and support team throughout the event • Jump into service roles as needed to maintain flow • Monitor guest experience and resolve issues quickly and professionally • Maintain clear communication with client, vendors, and internal teams Proven experience in a lead role at on-site catering or events (REQUIRED) Strong leadership presence — able to direct a team while staying hands-on Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments Team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Schedule & Requirements • Seasonal, part-time position • Must be available evenings and weekends • Shifts vary based on event schedule • Reliable transportation required
