The Event Manager plays a vital role in nurturing customer relationships and advocating for the customer’s interests during daily operations. In addition, the person in this role will establish trust with our customers by driving moments of truth with the customer for all engine shop events. A Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales/customer service or experience in aftermarket aviation industry, OR an Associate’s degree or Technical Training (A&P/AMT) and 4+ years of relevant industry experience; OR High School diploma and 6+ years of relevant industry experience RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.-based role.
