Bang Back Pinball Lounge is expanding! Known for our vibrant atmosphere, curated pinball machines, and strong sense of community, we’re opening our second location in Rosewood. We’re looking for someone who thrives on bringing people together, creating memorable events, and building a loyal local following.Position Overview:

The Event & Community Manager will be the heartbeat of our Rosewood location—planning and executing events, growing our community presence, and ensuring every guest feels like a regular. This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone who loves nightlife, our community, and grassroots marketing.Key Responsibilities:

Plan, promote, and execute weekly and special events (themed nights, markets, live music, tailgating, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with local partners, artists, and local businesses
Manage social media and community engagement (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Develop strategies to increase foot traffic and customer retention
Coordinate event logistics, including staffing, setup, and vendor communication
Act as the on-site host during events, ensuring a welcoming and energetic atmosphere
Gather feedback and analyze event performance to improve future programming

Qualifications:

Experience in event planning, hospitality, marketing, or community management
Strong social media and communication skills
Outgoing personality with a passion for creating memorable experiences
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Highly organized and self-motivated
Bonus: Interest in pinball, arcade games, or local arts/music scenes
