A company is looking for an Event Manager to oversee large-scale trade shows and vendor activations remotely. Key Responsibilities: Manage onsite execution during event days, including vendor coordination and issue resolution Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners, providing updates and handling escalations Track budgets, POs, invoices, and oversee booth construction and event logistics Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in trade show execution and stakeholder management Strong skills in budget oversight, POs, invoices, and vendor management Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or similar Experience managing sponsor or vendor activations at large events Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
