Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham, AL, for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing campaigns and events. Event Planning and Execution: Ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines, and ensure seamless on-site execution.Client and Vendor Coordination: Strong collaboration and relationship management skills to work with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.Team Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively across diverse teams.Problem-Solving and Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot issues and make quick decisions under pressure.Creativity and Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing innovative event concepts and aligning them with brand goals and strategies.Proficiency with Event Management Software: Familiarity with tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting event performance.Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in experiential marketing or related fields is strongly advantageous.
