Event Manager

Social Catering and Events is seeking an organized, energetic, and hospitality-driven Event Manager to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating memorable experiences, and has a passion for exceptional customer service.

As an Event Manager, you will oversee catering and event operations from start to finish, ensuring each event is executed seamlessly while maintaining our high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute catered events and special occasions
Communicate with clients before, during, and after events
Manage event timelines, logistics, and staffing
Oversee setup, service, and breakdown at events
Ensure excellent guest experiences and client satisfaction
Work closely with kitchen and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
Troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time during events

Qualifications

Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Hospitality, catering, or event experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Reliable transportation preferred
